At the Akhod Government Middle School in Bharuch, Gujarat, children love coming to school. Learning here is really fun, as the school uses the STEM system. The school at Akhod is one of our innovative projects where with the support of our CSR partners, we have introduced the STEM system. Here children understand the concepts of Science and Maths through creative activities and LEGO-based kits. The students even get to build models through robotics and find solutions for problems related to Area, Perimeter, etc.

This system of learning not only gets children to assimilate concepts, but it also creates a good environment for communication and life-skills. As part of this CSR project, we have also created quality education infrastructure such as a park, Reverse Osmosis plant, renovated toilets and a sanitary napkin incinerator.
