Conserving natural resources and establishing regenerative farming is crucial.
Climate change and its impact, which affects the developing and poor nations the most, requires well-conceived actions. Both climate mitigation and adaptability depend on concomitant actions involving communities, especially at the grassroots.
Marginal farmers benefit from our interventions on regenerative farming methods based on traditional systems, complemented by water conservation through renovation of existing ponds, wells, etc., and creating new water bodies to store rain and runoff water.
Another pressing need is managing waste. In this space, we work on responsible disposal of waste starting with behaviour change communication among masses, knowledge dissemination, and ensuring waste segregation at source through a cadre of ‘Green Friends’ (sanitary workers), whose health and well-being we are equally committed to supporting.
